- Identification and contact data: name, surname, email, phone number.
- Professional data: company, job title, business type.
- Service usage data: clock-in records, working hours and time-tracking data of your employees, if you are a Shireo customer.
- Technical and browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
3. Purpose of processing
- Managing your request for information, a demo, or contracting our services.
- Providing the digital time-tracking service you have contracted.
- Sending you commercial communications about our products, if you have given your consent.
- Complying with our legal and tax obligations.
- Improving our website and user experience through usage analysis.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is, depending on the case: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (e.g. requesting a demo), your consent (commercial communications, non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations applicable to Shireo as data controller and as a time-tracking service provider.
5. Data recipients
Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. We may share data with technology providers who host our infrastructure or support our communications, always under a data processing agreement that ensures GDPR compliance.
We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to our service.
6. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as our contractual or commercial relationship lasts, and afterwards for the legally required periods (generally up to 6 years for commercial records and up to 4 years for time-tracking records, under applicable labor law).
